In the post-war period, Villa dei Vescovi became Villa San Domenico Savio, the home of spiritual exercises for young people.

In 2005 Maria Teresa Olcese Valoti, Vittorio's second wife, and their son Pierpaolo decided to donate Villa dei Vescovi to the FAI.

The medieval fortress - Mastio Federiciano - dominates the plain and the inhabited area from the top of the hill. The high walls and the vast castle, with its rich collection of weapons and armor, recall the strategic importance of this town in medieval times.

Continue direction Este, one of the most interesting Venetian towns.

The city extends around the top of the Euganean hills, and has ancient origins: already exist in the Paleolithic Age, then became one of the most important and significant centers of Paleo-Venetian civilization, whose testimonies are exhibited in the Atestino National Museum. The museum contains an exceptional archaeological collection originally founded to prevent the archaeological treasures of the city from being inherited from the Estensi, later improved by new discoveries with the progress of excavations.

The tour continues along Montagnana, one of the cities that best preserve the medieval walls and the main monuments. Walking for Montagnana is a wealth for the spirit; the city still offers untouched architectural beauties, squares and streets still seem to ring the wreckage of the wagons and voices of the inhabitants of the past centuries. Fortified by its beautiful walls, Montagnana attracts tourists with its historic charm all over the world

To taste absolutely is the typical product of the town or Crudo di Montagnana.
