Information on Privacy

In observance with governmental provisions in respect to personal data handling we wish to inform all our clients that any and all personal data sent to us are subject to the following uses by Slow Drive di Randazzo Federico & C. snc

1) What information do we use?
Identification data (name, surname, company status, company address, company VAT number etc) and any information necessary to ensure a correct and trustworthy relationship between our companies.

2) How do we collect the data we need?
Data is collected directly from clients, by telephone, fax or through our web site. The data is stored in our offices. The data is collected and stored partially on paper and partially on computer, for the following specific and legitimate uses and reasons:
• Administrative requirements, legal requirements, decrees, regulations and/or other laws, further to which community regulations (e.g. judicial and economic treatment of personnel, employment, selection, formation, adherence to fiscal and bookkeeping obligations)
• Administrative requirements for the management of relationships toward third parties, clients, suppliers banks etc. (e.g. tracking day to day relations with clients, sub-contractors, satisfy technical and service related information required).
• Access to our web site allows us to see the clients IP address.

3) Is it mandatory to submit data and what happens if it is not given?
Should requested data be withheld, necessary for part 1 above, which we are required to collect by Italian and Community Law, it would not be possible to enter into a contract and/or agreement with Slow Drive of Randazzo Federico & C. snc. The data required for part 2 above, management of any agreement and/or contract, is not mandatory, but if it is held back, it may be impossible to execute one or more of the agreed services, and make it impossible to stipulate new contracts.

4) To who can the data be passed and in which way?
In the process of general or fiscal administration and or accounting it is sometimes necessary to communicate some of the data collected (e.g. Banks, accountant, external consultants and public offices). A list of names to which data may be passed is available from our office. The data is available nationally.
Slow Drive of Randazzo Federico & C. snc is committed to not sharing, selling or giving up the information collected on its database.
Obviously the data will be made available should it be required by law in accordance with the Italian Judicial Authority in regard to legal proceedings or requirements by the policing and control authority.

5) What are you rights and how do you exercise them?
To exercise your rights you can contact, any of our offices, as shown on the web site, in any form e-mail, fax or letter).
In relation to the data protection act you have in fact the right to:
• know at any time what data we have in our possession belonging to you and in which way we are using it
• modify, update, integrate, rectify or delete said data.

In exercising your rights you may grant, in writing, proxy or power of attorney to individuals or associations.

6) Who actually handles my information, who owns it?
Each employee of our group is the owner of the information for the clients they are handling. Information requests should be sent in any case to Slow Drive di Randazzo Federico & C. snc and will be distributed to the relevant individual.

7) A document outlining the steps and procedures for the protection of data adopted by Slow Drive is stored in our office at Slow Drive di Randazzo Federico & C. snc, Padenghe sul Garda (BS) ITALIA.

8) With regard to the External Links, we inform you that, in order to offer a complete service our web site contains links to other web sites, managed by Slow Drive, as well as associations and societies linked to Slow Drive but not managed by Slow Drive. We are not responsible for the content or the respect of the Law on Privacy by those sites to which we refer.

We have published a series of photographs on our web site which come from our archive relative to events organized by us; if any of the people shown, for whatever reason, prefer not to be shown, simply let us know by writing to info@slowdrive.it. and we will substitute the picture and remove it from our archive.
